I quite like to photograph architecture.

This comes from love to the style of the long gone architects and their feel of beauty. All old buildings appeal with their rich ornaments, which by many have been considered as part of life of rich people who used give them jobs and paid them a little.

After World War Two when Germans have destroyed almost half of Europe, many new building had to be rebuilt quickly. There was naturally, a lot of rush associated as people simply didn't have a place to live. France for instance, have capitulated to spare their architecture and efforts they've before to rebuild everything after WWI1 and even before when Franco-Prussian war from 1870 was still alive in their minds.

To illustrate how much Paris was destroyed just during Franco-Prussian was click on this link (I can't use and paste here someone else's images).

And now, something completely different...

This is photo of a garden chair. This is my chair in my garden taken using my friend's camera - Pentax 6x7 - the largest medium camera in the world...

Pentax 6x7 is very cool camera!

It accepts 2x types of film format - 120 and 220, however the latter is no longer available.. That's a shame, but not much we can do about it.

The 150mm lens gives a great perspective, almost like a large format camera. The very shallow depth of field makes it a good companion for a portrait photography and for landscapes.

Having just 10 shots per film, you need to be very careful with composition! It takes more time to unload/load the film than the whole photographing process.

Actually, I think it could a good choice for architecture. The lens' resolution is very good and all details would look good I think.
